I HEART Writing

Valentine's day is right around the corner! As a computer teacher, I "love" when I can get my students excited about writing by adding a fun tech twist. On this site, students can turn any poem or piece of writing into a fun shape. Use the wrap around heart template for your Valentine's Day writing.

Making a Bar Graph

Fifth graders have been learning how to use excel in various ways. We can't believe all the possibilities! One of our favorite new skills we learned last week was how to make a bar graph simply by adding our own data into the spreadsheet. Let's keep practicing, but this time with our own responses.
